Captains

Our captains are train in a monthly basis according to the business demand, excellent communicators, speak at least two languages, attention to details and sense of urgency are some of their skills. They always put the customers’ interest before their own.

Servers and Bartenders

Our staff are courteous, professional and attentive to our clients and their guests. They are knowledgeable enough to support any supervisors in weddings, corporate events, and big galas. They are required to have food handler, and Basset certifications.

Cooks

Our cooks are valuable for R&J. Each of them are trained to have a high level of discipline, food preparation skills, creativity, and ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. They are also required to have a food handler certification in order to work with us.
