Rafael Fuenmayor Co – Founder (Recruitment)
Rafael is an accountant from Santa Maria University (Venezuela) who discovered his passion for cooking after moving to the USA. He has worked as a chef at Bienmesabe, Sabor a Café, and with leading catering companies in Chicago. Cooking remains one of his greatest passions.
John Gallego Co – Founder (Finance)
John graduated in law from Los Andes University (Venezuela) and built his career as a commercial and corporate lawyer in Venezuela and Colombia. Known for his productivity and efficiency, he is always seeking new professional achievements.

R&J is a staffing company located in Chicago aiming to satisfy the needs of all the catering providers in the city. Our goal is to supply each part of the consumer service, from the recruitment of a highly qualified staff to its permanent training, seeking to accomplish the highest standards of hospitality and comfort. Currently, our line includes captains, waiters, bartenders, porters and cooks. From the very beginning our mission has been to allocate our experience and commitment to serve our costumers through a flexible, trustworthy and efficient service.
